Kevin began his pastorate with First Baptist Church Stockdale in July 2021 after serving for nearly 11 years with First Baptist Watauga in Watauga, TX. Kevin has served as an associate pastor, children's pastor, youth pastor, and young adult pastor. He has a masters degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, TX and a bachelors in practical ministry. He and Sarah have been married since 2004 and they have two children, Emilie and Ethan.

Becky began serving as the worship minister of First Baptist Church Stockdale in August of 2007. She grew up in the northwest and is the daughter of a Baptist minister. She came to know the Lord at the age of 8 during Vacation Bible School and has been active in service of the Lord since then. After graduating from High School in Washington State, Becky moved to Texas to attend Howard Payne University where she met her husband Joe. After graduating from Howard Payne, the Lord called Joe and Becky to South Texas. Joe and Becky worked at Industrial ISD and attended Vanderbilt Baptist Church where Becky started leading worship. At that time, she did not realize that God was calling her to be a Worship leader but soon realized worship was her calling. In 1998 the McKinney family moved to Poth and they have resided there since that time. Becky served as the Worship Leader at Oak Hills Community Church from 1999-2007 then God called her family to minister at First Baptist Church Stockdale. Joe and Becky have four children – Josh, Keeley, Caleb, and Keira and their prayer for their children is that they will follow God’s calling on their lives. 

Palmer began serving as the youth minister for First Baptist Church Stockdale in September of 2022. He surrendered to the call to ministry at the age of 13 and has served in previous churches in both worship and youth ministries. He has been licensed to ministry by First Baptist Church in Watauga, TX and is currently pursuing his masters, which he will graduate with in 2023. Palmer loves leading in the youth ministry because he feels like this is where the gifts the Lord has given him, really shine. He is a people person in general, but his fun and goofy spirit really comes out with the youth. Palmer has been married to his wife Katy since 2018.

JoDea began serving at First Baptist Church Stockdale as the ministry assistant in 1995. Since that time she has faithfully served under 5 different pastors. JoDea loves Stockdale and the color purple. She has a passion for both her children and grandchildren. She is a true blessing to our church family.
